Walk to the Park

The annual Walk to the Park that happened August 3 is an event put together by the chamber of commerce as a way for people to network and get out of the office during the summer. 

“It’s just an opportunity for chamber members to get together outside and eat lunch,” said Ann Fitch, the executive director of the Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce. She explained that with around 100 to 125 participants, it’s a summer networking opportunity to get out of the office, walk to the park, listen to music provided by Jim Kozan, and eat a catered lunch from the Starfire Grill.
